During his 26 years of practicing law in Hawaii, David Simons has had several multi-million dollar successes when representing individuals before Judges, juries, arbitrators, mediators, and in settlement negotiations. His skill in advocating for individuals has earned him professional recognition. He is listed in the book "The Best Lawyers in America", was named as one of the Best Lawyers in Hawaii by Honolulu Magazine, and was named as one of America’s top business attorneys in the book "America’s Leading Business Lawyers". He has also been awarded the highest possible rating, AV, by Martindale Hubbell.


Mr. Simons is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (B.A. Psychology, 1973) and Harvard Law School (J.D., 1977). He was licensed in the State of Hawaii in 1978 and in the State of Florida in 1997. Mr. Simons has served as a panelist and educator for the Hawaii Bar Association at the annual Bar convention and for the State of Hawaii’s Judges lecturing both lawyers and judges on employment law and litigation strategies. He has also served as a panelist in workshops and seminars.
